If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds. **30-Day Returns** You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, email us at ameralalami09@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. **Damaged or Incorrect Items** If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. **Non-Returnable Items** We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or burned.
